Public comments welcomed on Senate Bill 111 deadly-force response plan; deadline March 12

At a public hearing held Feb. 27, the Clackamas County Senate Bill 111 Planning Authority unveiled its plan for how law enforcement agencies will respond to deadly-force incidents.

The hearing opened a two-week public comment period for citizens to provide their input to the members' planning authority.
