Volunteers needed to serve on the Clackamas County Historic Review Board

Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking volunteers interested in serving on the county's Historic Review Board (HRB) for a term of three years. HRB advises the county on protection and preservation of historic buildings, sites and corridors.

The Historic Review Board meets monthly to review projects and proposals including applications for alterations, demolition, conditional uses and zoning of potential historic properties/landmarks. HRB also reviews applications for new construction within a historic district or corridor or on a property where a historic landmark is located.

Interested individuals need to complete an application form. Applications may be completed and submitted online via the county's website, http://web3.co.clackamas.or.us/citizenin/app.asp.
