Community Service Volunteer Opportunity on the Clackamas County Mental Health Advisory Council

Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking volunteers to fill four openings on the County's Mental Health Council.  Members of the Council are appointed for three-year terms and serve in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Clackamas County Community Health Division.

Mental Health Council duties include reviewing mental health programs and recommending service priorities for the Community Health Division.

The Council meets at least eight times a year, the fourth Tuesday of the month, 5:00 7:00 p.m. in Oregon City.  In order to achieve a balance on the Council, applicants who represent the diversity in the county and who represent the various geographic areas in the county are encouraged to apply.

Interested individuals need to complete an application form.  Applications may be completed and submitted online via the County's website, http://www.clackamas.us/citizenin/app.jsp
