On Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, Jeffery M. Titus (pictured) was arrested and charged with Theft I and Possession of Burglar’s Tools. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail.
Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office detectives have linked Titus to a series of burglaries and thefts spanning approximately the last six months in and near the Rhododendron, Welches and Brightwood areas of Mt. Hood.
Jacob Park, age 28, of Rhododendron, has been identified as a second suspect in this string of burglaries.

The detectives have recovered many of the items believed stolen during burglaries in the area. A property viewing of the recovered items will be held in the near future. Detectives will be contacting those victims of burglaries and thefts from the area directly.
