Happy Valley burglary suspect apprehended; alleged female accomplice on the run; tips sought

On Tuesday, March 8, 2001, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office deputies and a Happy Valley Police detective received information that fugitive Randolph Charles Baggett, 45, was hiding from authorities in an apartment complex in southeast Portland.
Portland Police Bureau officers conveyed the information to Happy Valley Police investigators that Baggett was believed to be frequenting an apartment located at 13801 SE Stark, #35, in Portland.
At approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon (March 8), Portland and Happy Valley Police personnel responded to the apartment with a K9 and successfully located and arrested Randolph Baggett without incident as he was reportedly attempting to hide from authorities inside the apartment.
Baggett was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on the following charges:
Randolph Charles Baggett is scheduled to appear for his arraignment on this matter in Clackamas County Circuit Court on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 3 p.m.
ADDITIONAL SUSPECT AT LARGE; TIPS SOUGHT
Happy Valley Police are asking for the public's help to locate and arrest an alleged female accomplice of Randolph Baggett. This wanted female is identified as Charity Ann Thometz, 36, of Portland. A photo is linked above.
Thometz is wanted in Multnomah County for Possession of Methamphetamine and on a District Court warrant for Aggravated Identification Theft.
Clackamas County authorities have reason to believe Thometz is directly involved in the ongoing Happy Valley residential-burglary investigation involving Randolph Baggett.
