On Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009 at approximately 6:30 p.m., Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of indecent exposure to an 8-year-old girl that had just occurred inside the Goodwill Store located at 11424 SE 82nd Avenue in Happy Valley.

As a result of this investigation, a subject identified as Bryon Earl Huff, 47, was located, arrested and lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

Deputies interviewed the 8-year-old female victim on-scene with an accompanying parent and located the suspect, identified as Bryon Earl Huff. Mr. Huff was found on the premises. The victim was not physically harmed during this alleged incident.

During the investigation, Bryon Huff was discovered to be in possession of a glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine residue. The pipe was retained as evidence.

Deputies report that Huff was wearing black sweat pants with an altered crotch -- stitched in a fashion to accommodate easy access to his genitalia. Investigators discovered that this specialized tailoring and alteration of his trousers was the preferred method allegedly used by Mr. Huff to help avoid detection while conducting a mission to expose himself to young female victims.

These altered black sweat pants, worn by Huff during this most recent arrest, have also been retained as evidence.

Bryon Earl Huff has at least 21 prior arrests -- including two prior convictions for public indecency. Huff has also been previously arrested for controlled-substance and driving offenses. He has been lodged in Clackamas County Jail on the following charges:

Huff is expected to appear in Clackamas County Circuit Court for his arraignment at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009.
