CLACKAMAS -- The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying a male subject who was witnessed on store surveillance camera manipulating himself in an aisle of a store next to a female shopper -- then transferring seminal fluid onto this unsuspecting female.
The victim was accompanied by her 3-year-old child, who witnessed the end results of this act.
This incident was reported immediately to store security and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office by the victim -- who is available today to discuss this incident with media outlets.
On Saturday, March 8 at approximately 3:25 p.m., the victim was shopping with her daughter when this crime occurred in an aisle of the Target located at 9000 SE Sunnyside Road, in Clackamas.
The surveillance images linked above feature the suspect, who is being sought by Sheriff's Deputies.
This observed suspect is described as a white male adult in his late 20s to early 30s, 5'10" tall and 180 lbs with short brown hair and a goatee. He was a white, long-sleeved T-shirt, blue jeans and dark-colored tennis shoes. In addition, this subject appears to be carrying a cellular telephone and perhaps a wallet in his hands.
This reported incident is considered a crime -- at minimum, the suspect can be charged with Harassment and Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree (misdemeanors). However, if the suspect is identified and evidence recovered at the scene is found to possess a sexually transmitted disease, a more serious crime may be considered for prosecution efforts.
Obviously this is an incident of considerable concern to the Sheriff's Office, which is investigating this repulsive act.
Anyone with information related to this crime who can identify this featured suspect is encouraged to call the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Tip Line at (503) 723-4949.
