On Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, Daniel Castillo Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Clackamas County Jail on felony charges of Sexual Abuse I (2 counts) and Sexual Abuse III (3 counts).

Rodriguez is being held on $250,000 bail.

All of the alleged victims knew Mr. Rodriguez personally. He reportedly took advantage of them after they had become intoxicated from consuming alcohol. No further details of this ongoing investigation can be revealed at this time.

Detective Delehant learned Mr. Rodriguez has lived in the areas of Yamhill County and Clackamas County since 1999.  The detective has received reports that Mr. Rodriguez may have sexually assaulted other women in these areas since 1999.
