Sheriff's Office releases booking photo of man booked on possession, misconduct charges

A person of interest to the media surrendered himself to Corrections personnel at the Clackamas County Jail.

This morning (Feb. 9, 2009) at approximately 10 a.m., Jason Duncan Deason, age 38, came to the Clackamas County Jail and was immediately taken into custody for an existing arrest warrant.

Mr. Deason was booked into the Jail on the following charges:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Official Misconduct in the First Degree (8 counts)

Total bail is $75,000.

At this writing (Feb. 9, 2009, 12:04 p.m.), Jason Deason is in Jail custody, and is attempting to secure the necessary funds to make bail.
